Signup privacy notice

What you share

The signup collects your first and last name and email address. You do not need to provide a photograph, payment details, date of birth or home address to enter. This entry form does not collect a phone number. The separate Square mailing-list signup requires a phone number and displays consent to promotional texts. Mindfull Expressions does not send promotional text campaigns. Square may send signup or verification messages; we cannot override Square’s terms. Phone numbers are not used to categorize email lists. If needed, the sponsor may follow up with a potential winner by phone, with the initial winner notice sent by email.

Where it goes

The website stores names, email addresses, entry time, rules version, marketing preference and entry status in a private server database to administer the giveaway. The owner can review, export and update these records after signing in. Square separately collects and stores the email and phone number you submit on its native signup page. Checking the email-offers box here is not confirmation of a Square subscription. Names are collected for giveaway administration; Square’s current signup does not collect them. Signup fields are not saved in browser storage. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit abusive submissions and expire after two hours. Entry records are kept while the ongoing giveaway requires them, or until an information request is reviewed subject to recordkeeping obligations.

Why we use it

With your opt-in, we send Mindfull Expressions offers, news, product releases, promotions and photography or printing updates. Giveaway entry details are also used to check eligibility, run drawings, contact winners and arrange prizes. Entry without marketing is available under the Official Rules.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not withdraw a giveaway entry. To withdraw an entry or ask about your information, email chris@mindfull-expressions.com. Prize photos are not published for promotion without separate permission.

Pop-up preferences

The pop-up waits 15 seconds and appears at most once per browser-tab session. Closing it keeps it hidden for that session. Submitting an entry suppresses repeated signup prompts on this device. Choosing “I’m already subscribed” or “I finished Square signup” also saves a reminder preference; this is not an independent verification of Square subscription status. These flags contain no name, email or photo; another device or cleared browser storage may show the reminder again. If browser storage is unavailable, the automatic pop-up stays off; the permanent signup remains available.
